Al-Imdaad Foundation Contributes to Displacement village for Earthquake victims

The Al-Imdaad Foundation contributed to the relief efforts targeting the earthquake victims in Pakistan administered Kashmir by partnering in the setting up of a displacement camp to see to their shelter and other basic needs. The camp provided a medical clinic, masjid, community centre, play area, communal kitchen and sanitation facilities. Each family resident at the camp received a 10 by 12 m tent along with floor matting, bedding, water proof plastic sheeting, kitchen utensils and hygiene packs to ease the stay of the displaced victims. In addition regular meals were provided 3 times a day in the initial stages and later families were allowed to prepare their own meals in the communal kitchen facilities.
